The Problem
You started using AI to get more done. And it worked — for a while.
Then the scattered thinking started. The nighttime hyperarousal. The inability to stop switching between tabs, agents, and prompts. The vague sense that something is off, even though your output has never been higher.
Here's what's actually happening:
AI is an intelligence that never sleeps, operating at a constant PhD-level output. Your human operating system has hard processing limits. Every AI interaction — every prompt sent, every output evaluated, every decision made on AI-generated content — consumes processing power and memory that your system wasn't designed to sustain at this pace.
The result is what I call system overload. You're running processes that exceed your system's capacity, creating errors that compound over time.
Most AI courses teach you to do more, faster. None of them address what happens when your human system can't keep up. This one does.
Human System Architecture
The Curriculum
Session 1
Expand your AI toolkit beyond basic ChatGPT. Get hands-on with tools and workflows that deliver immediate results on your own projects. We lead with curiosity and practical dopamine — you'll feel the difference before we explain the science.
Session 2
Now that you've felt the acceleration, we explain what's happening at the system level. The processing limits. The memory overflow from task-switching between agents. Context-switching errors and the crashes they trigger. The system hyperactivity that prevents recovery mode. This is the human OS architecture that changes how you interface with AI permanently.
Session 3
Build personal AI workflows that work with your human system, not against it. Tool selection, batch processing, scheduled system resets, flow-state protection. You'll design your own sustainable AI protocol based on how your system actually handles processing loads.
Session 4
Real-world implementation. Refine what you've built. Case studies. Accountability structures that keep the momentum alive after the cohort ends. This is where curiosity becomes a sustainable practice.

JJ Ruescas is a Human Optimization Strategist and founder of Optimizing Me. His work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, breathwork science, and high-performance technology use. He has experienced every pattern described in this program firsthand — the processing overloads, the system crashes, the recovery failures — and built the protocols to restore balance.
"I was running five AI agents simultaneously, switching between tasks every few minutes, feeling incredibly productive. Then my system crashed. Hard. That's when I realized: AI literacy without understanding your human OS is incomplete."
