A 4-week cohort for professionals who want the output without the crash.
Helping you find sustainable AI workflows
↑ Watch how AI optimization coaching works
The Problem
You started using AI to get more done. And it worked — for a while.
Then the scattered thinking started. The nighttime hyperarousal. The inability to stop switching between tabs, agents, and prompts. The vague sense that something is off, even though your output has never been higher.
Here's what's actually happening:
AI is an intelligence that never sleeps, operating at a constant PhD-level output. Your nervous system is a biological system with hard metabolic limits. Every AI interaction — every prompt sent, every output evaluated, every decision made on AI-generated content — spends glucose and cognitive bandwidth that your body can't replenish at the rate the machine produces.
The result is what I call nervous system debt. You're withdrawing from your biological account faster than you're investing in it. And the debt compounds.
Most AI courses teach you to do more, faster. None of them address the biological cost. This one does.
The Curriculum
Week 1
Expand your AI toolkit beyond basic ChatGPT. Get hands-on with tools and workflows that deliver immediate results on your own projects. We lead with curiosity and practical dopamine — you'll feel the difference before we explain the science.
Week 2
Now that you've felt the acceleration, we explain what's happening biologically. The glucose economy. The dopamine loops of task-switching between agents. Context-switching errors and the shame spirals they trigger. The nighttime hyperarousal that steals your recovery. This is the neuroscience that changes how you relate to AI permanently.
Week 3
Build personal AI workflows that work with your nervous system, not against it. Tool selection, batching strategies, scheduled breathing breaks, flow-state protection. You'll design your own sustainable AI protocol based on how your body actually responds to tech.
Week 4
Real-world implementation. Refine what you've built. Case studies. Accountability structures that keep the momentum alive after the cohort ends. This is where curiosity becomes a sustainable practice.
The Experience
Hands-on AI training with nervous system practices embedded. Not lectures — you work on your own projects with guided support.
Open 1-hour sessions to practice with JJ present for real-time support. Accountability through presence.
Intentional disconnection to build somatic awareness. Monday morning reflections on what shifted.
Monthly subscription for ongoing support, live Q&A, and continued accountability.

Your Guide
JJ Ruescas is a Human Optimization Strategist and founder of Optimizing Me. His work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, breathwork science, and high-performance technology use. He has experienced every pattern described in this program firsthand — the dopamine loops, the nighttime hyperarousal, the nervous system debt — and built the protocols to counter them.
"I was running five AI agents simultaneously, switching between tasks every few minutes, feeling incredibly productive. Then I couldn't sleep. Then I couldn't stop. That's when I realized: AI literacy without nervous system literacy is incomplete."
